Adult Bible Studies - Spring 2017
Catholicism - by Bishop Robert Barron and Word on Fire
Journey around the world and deep into the Faith.
Bishop Robert Barron created the groundbreaking Catholicism Adult Study Program as a thematic presentation of what Catholics believe and why, so all adults can come to a deeper understanding of the Catholic Faith. Not a video lecture, Church history, or scripture study, this engaging and interesting formation program uses the art, architecture, literature, music, and all the treasures of the Catholic Tradition to illuminate the timeless teachings of the Church.
Catholicism will be offered on Tuesday mornings from 10:00 am - 11:30 am. The 8-week study will begin on May 9th and end on June 27th. The $25 registration fee covers the cost of the study set.
Unlocking the Mystery of the Bible - by Jeff Cavins and Ascension Press
An Engaging Journey Through the Bible
Unlocking the Mystery of the Bible provides the easiest way to understand the Bible. It helps you uncover the story woven throughout Scripture so that you can get the big picture of the Bible and understand what it is all about. The Bible is a story about the Father's unfailing love for you - a love that you are now called to share with others. During this study, you will be able to:
- Make sense of the Bible and how it relates to your everyday life
- Discover the remarkable connections between the Old and New Testaments
- See how the sacraments, the Church and our entire Catholic Faith is rooted in Scripture
Unlocking the Mystery of the Bible will be offered on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm beginning on May 9th and ending on June 27th and repeated on Friday mornings from 10:00 am - 11:30 pm beginning May 12th and ending on June 30th. The registration fee of $20 covers the cost of the study set.

Living in the Father's Love is a brief but powerful study meant to revive and refresh us as we discover just how much God loves us! In this study, we learn how the Gospels are deeply relevant to our relationships, both with God and with those we love.
This is a Women's Bible Study, and will be offered on Thursday evenings from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm beginning on May 11th and ending on June 22nd. The registration fee of $20 covers the cost of the study set.
All studies will meet in the Bishop Sullivan Room, located on the lower level of the church.
