At the 9:00 am and 11:00 am Masses, we offer a Children's Liturgy of the Word for children ages 4 through 4th grade. Following the opening prayer, the celebrant invited all children in the congregation to participate. After a blessing, the children leave the assembly and go to the Daily Mass Chapel where they will hear the Sunday Scriputures from the Children's Lectionary and will hear a reflection based on those readings, but specifically developed for their age level and understanding.
There is no registration for CLOW. It is open to all children at Mass.
CLOW is not be offered on Holiday weekends and weekends when our parish celebrates the Sacrament of Baptism.
Children's Faith Adventures
Children's Faith Adventures (CFA) is "part 2" of the Generations of Faith program. CFA takes place once a month and follows a Vacation Bible School format. At each session, children will work on one chapter in the textbook and participate in a variety of activities centered on a particular seasonal theme. Activities include music, arts/crafts, video/storytime, games, and more. CFA is held on one Sunday per month, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Registration for this program is automatic with the Generations of Faith registration.
