Children's Programs
Religious Education Options for children ages 4 - grade 5
Sunday Program: This program occurs twice a month on Sunday afternoon for two hours. In addition to classroom time, students also visit other "sites" which include music, crafts, and other special events. Note: There is at home work to prepare for the sessions and to review the sessions after attending.
Weekday Program: This is a traditional, classroom-based Religious Education program. Students attend an 1 hour and 15 minute class, 3 times per month. Parents will be responsible for seeing that children complete homework assignments prior to each class.
In addition to both of the above, there will be two special Family Sessions offered. Parents and children will stay together and rotate through a variety of activities designed to prepare the family for the upcoming Church season.
Parent Component: Throughout the year, there will be a special gathering for parents to attend. Dates and topics will be announced with the publication of the annual information materials.

Children's Liturgy of the Word
Children's Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) is offered at the 9:00 am and 11:00 am Masses each weekend for children ages 4 through 4th grade.
Following the opening prayer, the celebrant invites the children forward for a special blessing and the children then leave the assembly and go to the Daily Mass Chapel where they will hear the Sunday Scripture Readings from the children's Lectionary and will hear a reflection based on those reading, but specifcally developed for their age level and understanding.
There is no registration for CLOW. It is open to all children at Mass.
CLOW is not offered on Holiday weekends or weekends when our parish celebrates the Sacrament of Baptism.
Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a Monday-Friday morning program offered for one week during the summer for children ages 4 through 5th grade. Each day of VBS, children rotate through a series of "stations" with a variety of activities based on the day's theme.
Registration for VBS generally begins in May. Visit our VBS page for current information regarding this year's VBS.
